GRAPPA DEL GIANCA


Our grappa is a tribute to our father, who founded Colle degli Angeli: Giancarlo (“Gianca”) Locati.  The finest marc from Brunello grapes is distilled by means of the classic, discontinuous method in steam alembics with low-degree stripping columns, in a small, historic local distillery.  It is characterized by mellow roundness and rich, fragrant aromas.
